Know who you are with these 25 Questions

To know who we are guides our life and helps us live our PURPOSE.

The three stages

There are three stages to finding your purpose.

The first stage involves your having a clear understanding of who you are and what you want.  This stage I call the AWARENESS stage.

The second stage is to identify what might be holding you back from finding your purpose and, once you’ve addressed any roadblocks, to understand what your purpose is.  This level is what I refer to the ALIGNMENT phase.

The third stage is about bringing your purpose to life and how to do it in a way that is in line with your life right now.  This third and last stage is what I refer to as the ACTION stage. Here we take what we have learned in the previous two stages and implement them into actionable outcomes.

You know the saying of loving yourself before you can love anyone else?

Knowing yourself and who you are is exactly the same. Before you know anything, you need to know yourself.  This in return better helps you define what you want.

Unfortunately, it’s not as straightforward as you had hoped

The hardest part is acknowledging stage one and realizing that you are not living to your full potential. This reality check nor only hurts the EGO but also means work needs to be done on yourself.

So the question is – where to begin? How do I start to understand myself better and truly know what I want?  This is why I share these 25 questions to help kickstart you into stage one.
